Who We Are

Dimensions is a women and people of color led nonprofit that provides training and consultancy in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Dimensions’ fee-for-service training and educational programs directly fund our leadership and community development projects for Black and Brown women and support our work with emerging BIPOC racial equity leaders and accomplices.

Dimensions trainings and community development programs support multiracial, multicultural, and multi-faith leaders in reflecting, innovating, strategizing, collaborating, and producing deeper equity and healing in themselves and in the world around them.

JWOC Resilience Circle

The JWOC Resilience Circle experience provides a rooted, emergent, and intersectional leadership space for Black women and women of color to connect, rest, and explore their wellness as an essential aspect of how to realize and support equity, justice and liberation in the world.

JOC-ALLIES PROJECT

The JOC-Allies project supports BIPOC, Jews of Color, and their Allies in deepening relationships as a foundational element for racial justice and equity work. Over 8 years and 3 consecutive cohorts, this project has subsidized over 100 leaders attendance of Race Forward’s Facing Race conference and provided 6 months of post-conference racial equity skill building.
